To ensure a level of service that exceeds the customer's expectations by coordinating the details and resources necessary to successfully complete each project on time and on budget Compensation Yearly Pay Incentive available based on number of projects completed, project value, & customer satisfaction.

00 Core Responsibilities Outline:

01 Visit jobsites for introductions and job meetings 1.
02 Compile critical project information & review with internal project team 1.
03 Identify/resolve conflicts with other trades 1.
04 Liaise with clients to identify and define scheduling requirements 1.
05 Communicate requirements and allocate resources to meet project timeline 1.
06 Perform final review of shop drawings 1.
07 Field measure and verify all glass and door dimensions 1.
08 Monitor installation to ensure quality 1.
09 Convey requests for missing/damaged items 1.
10 Compile information for change orders and submit to client 1.
11 Ensure safety requirements are adhered to through on-site inspections 1.
12 Perform final walkthroughs and generate punch lists 1.
13 Procure material, labor, and machinery as required by projects 1.
14 Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction 1.
15 Take full responsibility for the success of your projects 2.
00 Additional Responsibility 2.
01 Work willingly with all members of the MetroWall team to deliver a level of customer service that exceeds the expectations of our customers 2.
02 Assist with additional tasks as required and at the request of management 3.
00 Project Territory New Jersey (Central to South) Greater Philadelphia Area DMV Area Possibility for occasional long-distance projects (Southeastern/Western US).
These can sometimes be handled remotely but may require site visits as necessary.
