Who We Want Energetic self-starting individual with a strong work ethic Someone that is eager to embrace new challenges and grow professionally Team player who builds positive relationships with peers to achieve goals What You Will Do Oversee and engage in daily production tasks, including operating and maintaining printing equipment Schedule and organize daily production orders to ensure timely completion of orders while prioritizing urgent orders Manage inventory levels and ordering of supplies as necessary Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment while upholding strict quality standards Act as the primary point of contact between the Sign Shop and other internal teams such as sales and supply chain Skills Needed Ability to work with hands, and perform physically demanding tasks on a daily basis Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs Proficient on the computer as well as reading, writing, and speaking in English Diligent and punctual with a strong commitment to producing high quality work High school diploma or equivalent preferred At least 1-2 years of experience as a team leader or supervisor Forklift experience is a plus Salary & Perks Great medical, dental & vision benefits 401(k) matching program Paid time off, and paid holidays Team-first mindset Career growth opportunities Salary range starts at $21-25 hourly M-F 7am - 4pm waiting period may apply We are Great Place to Work certified, with 98% of team members stating they are proud to work for PowerPak!
