We design, install, and maintain landscapes all over the tri-state area of New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
We're a team that's been around for 50 years and plan to be around for another 50! We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant/Processing Specialist to join our growing, passionate team of professionals! This role will assist the Indoor Department to process work orders and requests in support of the Indoor team.
This is a full-time, in-person position with the potential to work from home twice a week! You will:
Utilize spreadsheets for the purpose of data entry, new sales, account information, etc.
Work with clients to resolve concerns, discuss order status and shipment schedules Work closely with Account Managers and Supervisors Provide administrative support as need be You have:

years data entry/admin assistant experience Intermediate skills Microsoft Excel and Office Excellent customer service skills Time management skills High School Diploma At John Mini, we believe in:
