Job Description:
Primary Purpose Summary The Quality Control Technician performs dimensional and functional testing on Aptar Congers product to ensure compliance with established quality standards and customer specifications.
The Quality Control Technician is responsible for documenting and communicating nonconformities to supervision.
All Quality specifications, work instructions, as well as actions that support team work, safety, efficiency and cGMP adherence are to be followed.
Detailed Description:
Primary Duties and Responsibilities oPerform incoming inspection and disposition of components.
oPerform analytical testing such as Spray Pattern testing, measurements, in-process and release testing as per the Quality specification.
oInitiate Discrepant Material Report for non -conformities.
oParticipate in equipment qualification and validation.
oInitiate changes to Quality documents in compliance with ISO and cGMP requirements.
oInitiate Supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR).
oResponsible for the storage and maintenance of production test pieces.
oMaintain and archive Quality documents.
oAssist Production personnel on Quality issues.
oPrepare test solutions.
Required Qualifications oHigh School Diploma or equivalent.
oAt least one year experience in Quality Control, preferably in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
oISO experience a plus.
Skills/Abilities oDetail oriented and rigorous.
oStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
oStrong analytical skills; strong proficiency in Math.
oBasic proficiency utilizing MS Word and MS Excel.
oCan work independently, self-motivated.
oUse of inspection tools, blueprints, and SPC.

30 AM) rotating 48/36 weekly.
