This position will work in the Congers, NY location, supporting day-to-day use of internal programs, with a focus on Oracle NetSuite.
Other programs/applications include Microsoft Office, reporting tools, and more.
Facilitate day-to-day use of internal systems (printer issues, computer setups, software installation, general IT support).
Respond to inquiries regarding the use of internal software and act as liaison between business units and external Information Systems team, reviewing and helping to prioritize support tickets.
Provide ongoing user training and support for all new software features rolled out by the company and its partners.
Suggest software enhancements based on internal user feedback and pain points.
Manage the development and implementation of security, automation, and company-wide software updates.
Required Qualifications Must be able to work out of our office in Congers, NY NetSuite Administrator Certification 2
years working NetSuite System management experience Highly skilled in NetSuite customizations including:
SuiteFlow (workflows) SuiteScript Templates - Basic and Advanced Advanced HTML and Freemarker understanding Experience using REST and SOAP API iPaaS experience in Celigo or Zapier Bachelor's Degree, equivalent work experience, or equivalent training from four-year College or technical school, preferably in Information Systems Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Excellent internal customer service (service & support ticket management) 3
years NetSuite customization experience 2
years advanced integration management experience (iPaaS) 2
years SuiteScript 2.
