Responsibilities:
? Accurate and timely data entry of manufacturing-related information into QuickBooks.
? Generating and maintaining reports, such as inventory reports and cost analysis.
? Collaborating with the finance and manufacturing teams to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
? Assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities related to manufacturing data entry.
? Adhering to established procedures and protocols to maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
? Previous experience in QuickBooks data entry, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
? Familiarity with manufacturing processes and related data entry requirements.
? Proficiency in using QuickBooks and other relevant software tools.
? Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
? Excellent organizational and time management skills.
? Problem-solving abilities and the ability to work well under pressure.
? Capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
